This is Hyori's guesthouse that underwent Jeju remodeling and renovation.
<<Hyori's Guesthouse>> is a reality entertainment program that aired on JTBC in 2017 and 2018,
and it shows singer Lee Hyori and her husband Lee Sang-soon actually operating a guesthouse in their Jeju Island home and living together with various guests.
The program was greatly loved by viewers for its beautiful scenery and natural daily life in Jeju Island.
Due to the popularity of the program, the house of Lee Hyori and Lee Sang-soon, which was the filming location, became a tourist attraction,
and privacy issues arose, so the couple sold the house.
Since it was left unattended for several years,
it was not in good condition overall.
